We want you to love AlignWell. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

To request a return or refund: Email us at support@alignwell.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused or defective to qualify for a full refund
• If the item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

Refund Process: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable items:

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items showing signs of heavy use (unless defective)
