Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost: Free on all orders — no minimum required.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days after processing. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 23 days.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 days after shipment for tracking to update.

Lost or missing packages: If your package has not arrived within 25 days of your order date, contact us at support@alignwell.com and we'll resolve it immediately.

Note: Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Occasional customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
